How to Use a PikoBuy Spreadsheet and Check Product Links

Use a PikoBuy spreadsheet to discover products, compare listings, check variants and review QC photos before ordering.

A PikoBuy spreadsheet or product directory is a starting point for finding and comparing listings. Before ordering, open the current listing and verify the seller, product options, price and available photos. A saved link is useful evidence of where an item was found, but it is not a guarantee of availability or quality.

Choose a category and make a shortlist

Start with the type of item you actually need. Compare a few shoes, hoodies or bags by the details that matter to you: shape, measurements, material, visible construction and listed price. The category page provides a starting point. Save a small shortlist instead of judging hundreds of rows by their thumbnails.

Open the current source listing

A spreadsheet row may have been added before the seller changed the product, options or price. Open the destination and check that it still describes the intended item. Confirm which marketplace the link reaches and whether the page is available. If a listing is missing or confusing, do not assume a similarly named result is the same product.

Check the exact variant

Many listings show multiple sizes, colours or versions at different prices. Select the exact variant and read its description, measurements and included parts. A low displayed starting price may apply to a different option. Take a note or screenshot of the selection so that you can compare it with your order and warehouse images later.

Compare the cost in stages

The item price is only one part of a cross-border purchase. Consider any domestic shipping, payment or service charges shown during checkout, international freight and possible duties or taxes. Amounts and availability can change. Our shipping estimate guide shows how to compare a parcel scenario without treating an estimate as the final cost.

Read photographs with care

Seller images can show the intended design but may not show the exact item you will receive. Where warehouse or QC photos are available, compare them with the chosen option and check visible labels, condition and quantity. QC photos have limits: they do not establish authenticity, durability or fit. Use the QC photo checklist before making a decision.

Pay attention to measurements

A familiar size letter may not correspond to the fit you expect. Compare the seller's measurements with an item that fits you, using the same measurement points and units. For bags and accessories, check dimensions against something familiar. If material or measurements are missing, ask for clarification rather than filling the gap with an assumption.

Keep a useful comparison record

For each candidate, save the product link, selected option, price at the time, measurements, date checked and questions still open. Add notes about the return conditions and QC images if they become available. This makes it easier to compare alternatives and identify a changed listing without relying on memory.

Move from a link to a decision

After shortlisting, check the current order details on PikoBuy and follow the platform's instructions. Read the purchase flow guide for the separate order, warehouse and shipping stages, and the returns guide for questions to resolve before purchase. No directory can guarantee stock or seller performance, so recheck each important detail at the point of purchase.
